A teen has been rushed to hospital after being found injured on a Lanarkshire street.
Officers were called to Lauder Drive in Rutherglen at around 9.20pm on Friday, October 5, following reports of a ‘disturbance’ involving a group of youths.
A 18-year-old male was found injured at the scene and was rushed to the Queen Elizbeth University Hospital for treatment.

A 14-year-old boy was subsequently arrested. Enquires are ongoing into the incident.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.20pm on Friday, 5 October, 2024, police received a report of a disturbance involving a group of youths in Lauder Drive, Rutherglen. Officers attended and an 18-year-old male was found injured. He has been taken to Queen Elizbeth University Hospital. A 14-year-old boy has been arrested and enquiries are ongoing.”
