An urgent search has been launched for a missing Glasgow woman who was last seen in the early hours of Monday morning.
Officers say they are ‘very concerned’ for the welfare of Shona Biggins who disappeared from the Greenacres Drive area of Darnley at around 3am on October 21.
The 49-year-old is described as being 5ft 2in tall with long fair hair. She is understood to wear glasses and is likely to be wearing a black puffer-style jacket and leggings.

Police say that extensive enquiries are being carried out in the Darnley, Pollok and Nitshill areas to try and trace her. They are also asking anyone who can assist with their enquires to get in touch.
Sergeant Stefan Bain said: “We are very concerned for Shona’s welfare and are trying to trace her as quickly as possible to ensure she is safe and well. If anyone thinks they’ve seen her, or someone matching her description, since the early hours of this morning, please get in touch with us.
“Shona, if you see this appeal, please contact police so we can make sure you’re okay.”
