Employers may apply for a £3,000 payment to new apprentices of any age.

They must have an apprenticeship starting date of between 1 April 2021, and 30 November 2021.
This payment is on top of the £1,000 already received for taking on an Apprentice who is:

If you are under 25, have a plan for education, health, and care or were previously in the care of your local authority.
